Iconic Tower is a 66-storey high-rise in Dubai Internet City, the technology business district on Sheikh Zayed Road with its own metro station, beside Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah. Designed by the Italian studio Pininfarina, it offers one-, two- and four-bedroom apartments from 864 to 2,704 sq ft, each with balconies to the sea and skyline and natural-material finishes. Residents have a bay-facing infinity pool, gym, yoga studio, sauna and steam room, a private cinema, barbecue area and a podium of cafés and shops.
