Designed by the Italian studio Pininfarina, it offers one-, two- and four-bedroom apartments from 864 to 2,704 sq ft, each with balconies to the sea and skyline and natural-material finishes. Residents have a bay-facing infinity pool, gym, yoga studio, sauna and steam room, a private cinema, barbecue area and a podium of cafés and shops.
